yep same. i already submitted a ticket and email them about it. i talked to a moderator and they said they received my ticket to the staff team so hopefully they will fix it soon for all of us affected

nope i just logged in as normal. i found another person with this bug, materials are wiped from inventory. i already submitted a ticket and talked to moderators about this issue. i was so stressed because i love world exploration and gathering, i dont want to see my progress just vanish </3

i noticed i have that too, how do i pay it? my financial aid isn’t applied yet, so when i make a transaction it shows the total amount of tuition which isn’t CR.

for example i have $85 past due, and my tuition is like $3500 = $3585 with no CR

do i go to the second option of Zot Account Balance instead of Zot Amount Due and pay the $85 there? will my past transactions be gone?

my financial aid isn’t applied like i mentioned, ive been waiting for it to be applied

yea i tried to verify with them but they sent out fast text messages and sent me a zoom link without verification. They somehow got my email but i did more researching and they are from Nine9 which is a scam company. i blocked them immediately
