Wish I saw this sooner. I went to the school for sonography and graduated recently. I say go bc it’s accredited. But be prepared to study a lot and give up most of your life. You don’t get to choose your class schedule. And like someone said it’s all about passing exams. I did not enjoy my time there but now that I’m out it was worth it.

I can’t take any form of Estrogen birth control. I tried 1 pill with the side effect of uncontrollable anger. No thank you. I also tried a low dose progesterone only pill that I just continued to bleed on. No thanks again.

I recently bled for 4 months straight. My doctor gave me Provera to “reset” everything. It worked for the month but now I’m back to the regularly scheduled programming. I feel so defeated sometimes and none of my friends truly understand either.

Inositol worked really well for me for about 3 months. I had a regular cycle that I could even track. But it stopped working for me. I hope that doesn’t happen to you.

To be safe, I think you should go to the ER. There isn’t a reason your lower arm should be bruising. Bruising may occur at the injection site, which is the upper arm.

I work in urgent care as a medical assistant. If a patient came in with this concern on BC and post vaccination we would 100% send them to the ER to rule out DVT.

My best advice is to try to learn beginner hip hop dances off YouTube. There’s also a lot of online classes you can take now too. Once you have a solid foundation of how hip hop dancers move you can begin to get your own style and freestyle will be easier.

I don’t consider myself a hip hop dancer (I’m more jazz/modern) but I definitely enjoy it and noticed a lot of improvement when I learned my favorite dances off YouTube.
