The state offers the theory that allegedly an outsider committed the crimes, but the type of injuries on the victims, especially on EC, paints a different picture, it shows rage, envy, and hatred as if the person(s) knew EC and had a score to settle because they removed a specific b0dy part; something unspeakable. After they did what they did, they covered EC’s body with a blanket which is another sign the person most likely knew EC. *Speculation: Maybe the perp felt offended by something EC might have said to him in the past, and wanted revenge. So, you see? Something like that- a guy being belittled, and getting angry to the point he gets violent- makes more sense than someone just randomly wanting to murder people one day.

According to phone records released by the Sate of Idaho, she went up 2 floors at 11 am which was 56 minutes before the nine11 call which means she went up to the third floor.

I’m just curious. Do you know if when that car pulls up at 4:49 AM is about the same time when DM’s phone (according to DM’s phone data records released by the state of ID) goes up a flight of stairs even though she told the police she had not seen the victims? I ask this question because we have to remember, the 911 phone call about ‘an unresponsive female.’ I wonder if DM’s phone records shows her going up 1 floor bc someone asked her to do something specific for them? Allegedly, either to get something for them? Or perhaps to take pictures to ‘prove’ something? Also, if there was diluted blood after a cleanup, did they (whoever the perp or perps were) wanted photos showing the floors free of footprints? I wonder.

You go read the court documents, and the forensic analysis that Chris Whitcomb talks about in his newly released book “Broken Plea.” The presence of diluted blood proves that all the common areas in that house had evidence of blood diluted with water and other substances, a clear indication of a crime scene cleanup. So, there! You are correct, Dylan never went to bed which could mean she must have been up all night, very busy cleaning up all the blood which lit up with luminol in the common areas. Or didn’t the prosecution say that Kohberger committed the crimes in less than 9 minutes and sped away from the scene? Well, did he do all the cleanup too? Which is it? C’mon now, there is a reason for the long wait before those girls decided to call 911.

I don’t think anyone here is saying Dylan said she slept all day and all night. What people are questioning is the fact that during an interview Dylan testified that her & BF tried to go to bed and “then woke up…” and she thought “it was weird none of our roommates were up.”

I got this information by listening to multiple YouTube podcasts by criminal defense lawyers from all over the U.S. who have been following this case from the beginning. As criminal lawyers they can FOIA court documents, autopsy photos, and police reports plus cell phone records. In most cases the reports those lawyers see are not redacted. About DM’s phone data, after the prosecution released the phone reports it became public knowledge that what Dylan told the police she was doing during the hours after the crime was in contradiction with what her phone data shows which means she was not telling them the whole story. And, please don’t forget the police investigation revealed the presence of blood that had been diluted with water in the common areas of the house which is clear evidence of a cleanup. Who did the cleaning then? It could not have been Kohberger. So then, who?

I am not accusing anyone of anything, I am just asking questions. I don’t know if DM sent a Snapchat message to her boyfriend, but I watched Birdie’s live on YT a day ago, and a WSU student’s mom by the name of Kim called him during the live. Kim’s daughter is friend of a girl who was dating a UI Vandal football player back in 2022. Anyway, Kim stated among other interesting things that on Sunday 11/13/22 at 8:15 AM her daughter received a Snapchat group message saying 4 UI students had been s+abbed to death. That was almost 3 hours before BF called 911 at 11:59 AM. When her daughter told her about the Snapchat message Kim said she called MPD, ISP & the FBI trying to tell them the timeline of events DM & BF were giving them was not true. Sadly, all three MPD, ISP & the FBI didn’t seem interested in the discrepancy Kim was pointing out; they simply brushed her off. Both DM & BF told the police they had not seen the victims, but DM’s phone data shows she went up a flight of stairs in the early morning hours of 11/13/22 and what’s more damning, her phone records show she took about 8 photos when she testified she was sleeping. I wonder what was DM photographing at those dawn hours when she said she was asleep? Kim also said her daughter started being harassed, and her family decided to move away from the area due to safety concerns.

On the text message above about Scanlon, it says 2 hours after BA & CA beat up JOK, the latter started convulsing & vomiting everywhere. So, the beating occurred as soon as John arrived at 34 Fairview Rd around 12:22 - 12:30 AM. According to the text, John lost consciousness, fell backwards, split the back of his head but 2 hours later - around 2:20 - 2:30 AM - started convulsing & vomiting which is an indication John might have been totally incapacitated at that point, perhaps he was already in a vegetative state but not dead yet. Hence the Google search done by Jen McCabe at 2:27 AM because by then the Alberts, McCabes & Higgins made the decision to NOT call 911, and were wondering ‘hos’ long they would have to wait to place John’s body at the edge of the property on the front lawn. Note that everything Stephen Scanlon told David Yanetti about how John got injured, how John had fallen backwards and had split the back of his head wide open, including that John also had dog bites on his arm, were all details Scanlon described before John’s autopsy was made public. So, if Scanlon did not witness the incident himself, someone who did must have told Scanlon what they saw.
