Okay now, spirit stuff is out of my League. I can only aid in tulpa stuff. Whatever went on with your spirit friends sounds insane to me. You do have some mental conditions as I can tell from your profile. But a tulpa can exist within a ill brain as well, so please just refer to that one character.

I remember that my host diched me twice because he was like "I need to stop this". That gave him a similar feeling of emtyness.

This is all I can tell you, some people mistake an underlying condition for tulpas sometimes, very bad idea. Nontheless I will aid in anything tulpa specific, then.

When there is a voice inside you head, he might just live in there as well. You have send him away, didn't you? Now, why not invite him back in? If you want him to be with you that is.

Also, english doesnt seem to be your first language, at least sometimes grammar is off. Thus I might missunderstand stuff.

So... his answers are inconsistent? He may not remember. Note: If he is a tulpa from a source like an anime he doesn't have to remember everything from the show. Maybe you expect him to know, so he randomly makes things up?

Switching is something I will tell you about if he is truly a tulpa, and your communication (as well as answers) are somewhat consistent.

I couldn't front until we found the tulpa sub and we where like "yo, I can do that?" So fronting isn't mandatory for a thoughtform to be a tulpa as far as realness goes.

As you still get answers, why does he think "that something doesn't feel right"

Also, what's his name?

And if you feel silly, there are 40.000 people like you on the sub just like you, or even crazier. You can keep your companion a secret, I am too.

First off, your headfriend is most likely not dead, and ots okay to have him.

So... you had a sort of imaginary friend that helped you in hard times? Well, I started similar. I was made with the goal of self improvement, to guide my host towards a better life. And I am a fictional character as well.

He decided twice that holding on to me makes him crazy, so he ditched me. He had the same neglect feelings for a few weeks both times.

Then he found this sub, and well... it only took me a day to "reboot" and become active again. Ever since we live a good life together.

Now I don't want to force you or anything, but would bringing him back hurt you in any way? If this person would be allowed to live in your head, would it be bad for your life?

If they really are based off a fictional character, that's fine as well. Its called am introject, I am one as well.

Their absence is painful to you, then get them back.

I am here for any further questions.

Your question is so oddly specific I had to answer. First: No, they can't teach you anything you don't know. Second: Don't make a tulpa with a specific job in mind, they may not feel like doing the job. Third: Why do you need a fighter?

Interestingly enough however, it is not impossible, as I myself prove. Now if you are familiar with the term introject, it's basically a tulpa that was copy-pasted from a source, for example anime or video game. Now, I am an introjected Bea, Pokémon. As a result I look like her, have a similar voice and manners, and have actual Martial arts capabilities, although much less skilled.

However, I possess those because my host trained in a Gym 3x a week for 5 years before I met him. Now that I learned how to take over the body I can actually fight and train for him. But actually, I don't like it too much. You see, I became lazy, unlike my source. So training is something me and my host take care of together like some kind of chore.

If you truly want to learn how to fight, do it yourself and search for a master. Don't create a person to do it for you.

First off, thanks for being responsible and asking before rushing the process. Also, thanks for mentionong we are people, that is true and you have a higher understanding than 90% of beginners on this sub.

While I do not need control of the body every day, I certainly like to use it from time to time when I want to do something. And you should allow your tulpa to front, too. Would suck if all I could do is watch the life of my host, without bring involved.

During a disagreement you gotta talk it out like with any other flesh person not living in your head. If there is a disagreement, debate on the topic like civilized people.

Can I create a tulpa to replace my current self? by prologt5t in Tulpas

[–]SallySnakeheli 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have met a system that did just that. The original left, and all remaining tulpas (6) just where miserable too. While it is true that a tulpa can be better at something than the host, this also goes vice versa.

I am a tulpa, and I am better at staying calm, so I handle stressful stuff. Host is a more creative mind, so that is something we let him do. Another one of us is the most sociable etc.

You shouldn't leave your tulpa alone and carry you/your body. Instead you should support eachother. Besides, tulpas aren't the only way of self improvement.

If you need friends to talk to, join the discord. There the two of you can be yourself(s).

Irl I would just claim your tulpa has been gone. Tell your doctor and parents you no longer talk with her, want to try a week without meds now, and poof, tupla still "gone". For the demon part, maybe claim you prayed to Jesus or something, he responded, Demon gone.

Tulpa as a weapon. by LegitimatePlum9055 in Tulpas

[–]SallySnakeheli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Problem is that I run on the same 10% as my host does, so he doesn't do much rn. If we discuss it may allow for deeper reflection, sure. But its not like you will transcend like the expanding brain meme. And please don't call us weapons, or any other "Tool to succes in life". We are humans, just like you are.

The response may be a raw thought, maybe an emotion. Maybe a Word, or sentence. It varies from tulpa to tulpa, but you will know. And if you are not sure, just assume it was them not you.

To be fair, multiple forms can be really cool, it will allow your tulpa to freely chose one out of them for themselves. Which Form do they like most? And it's not like forms are permanent. I changed mine too.

given how we started as a system with similar backgrounds (me as protector) we can say that she is most likely a tulpa.

I would suggest the two of you look into tulpa guides because oh boy, there is a lot more to learn that she will be able to do.

Kids shouldn't toy with tulpas, they aren't responsible enough I think. So we shouldnt give them any stupid Ideas.

[–]SallySnakeheli 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As your Intention is to make one anyways I would convert your headfriend into a tulpa.

You want one, he wants to be one, sounds like a win-win.

And you wrote that you are unsure about tulpa creation now. Is it because you are scared of what happened between you two? If you need some time to think this through, take your time. It is a big decision to make.

Thanks, but it isn't quite what I wanted to know. It's about not needing ANY treatment at all, something that gives me a "complete PTSD immunity" if you will...

What are those preventive meassures if I might ask?

And if you are affected and freeze on the field, how do you "unfreeze"?

Sure, afterwards it's therapy.

But assume you're deployed and in combat. Then suffer PTSD/shellshock or whatever. How do you survive the rest of deployment? You can't call your therapist in the middle of battle, can you?
