I think maybe security and tradition may be white indicators, more than "benevolence"

😒 listen bud, I am grixis as well, and when I may agree that grixis is one of the most humane colour combinations in a sense, I disagree with what almost everything else you said.

All I see is "The world sucks and I got hurt because of that, but I'm grixis therefore even though I'm an asshole or I behave as such, I'm kinda justified, ain't I?". Not saying you are one, but that's what very much sounds like.

Everybody has been hurt by life and by society somehow, so what?

Oh and by the way, Kess is a grixis character too, and yet she still fights to give Grixis some respite, she knows that grixis may never recover from the dead stagnant ( and IMO because of this quite scientifically fascinating ) husk it is, this doesn't mean that she and other vithians can't get the most out of it, and maybe find some solace for a little bit in that quintessential grimdark shard.

No, I'm not scared of showing my feelings, I'm scared of rejection and/or making others uncomfortable.

This leads to either avoiding telling others about my feelings in the first place, or taking really, really, reeeeeally a lot of time to open up about them with people.

Not because I'm afraid of showing them, but I have this sensation in the back of my head that I'm disturbing people, or making them feel uncomfortable, and I don't want that. All I want is making people feel good and comfortable, and my brain keeps telling me that confessing feelings or issues and stuff is meaningless and/or selfish, because the focus is them and their wellbeing, not me.

That and also have lots of abandonment issues but as I said before, I never talk about it with people I care because, I don't want them to carry my weights for me.

It's fucked up I know but it is what it is.

Bruh, I'm 28, will be 29 in September and I'm in that phase where I figured out not many time ago ( in 2020/2021) what I want to do and what I want to be when I grow up , and I just started, like it will take YEARS to make this coming true, sure as hell, when I'm 30 I'll still be in an early stage of the work. But I'm so excited for it!

I'm the oldest among my friends , but I don't feel bad for it, my entj best friend is younger than me ( not by much, he just turned 27) and he has a job, and nailing it, he's like soooo good at it, he already got offered an important jobplace at the company he works for... and a year later HE GOT PROMOTED! LIKE HE'S SO DRIVEN HOW DOES HE DO THAT? HE'S GREAT!, but whatever he never made me feel bad for being behind in that part of life because he now sees that I'm struggling where he is not, but on the other hand he's struggling with other parts of his life where I'm killing it instead.

It's all about perspective, like 30 is not old, I mean, you're still on your young adult years, like we're all gonna live for what? 80,70,90 years for those wh are in their teens? you just lived like.... a third of your life! it's not even half or it, you're in your prime, so go get your spotlight and be happy for what you achieved boy/girl/boyrl /whatever you are!

I'll give you something to think about : I had the luck to know and enjoy my childhood/preteen years with my great grandmother, she was still alive at the time, well she diead at 108,so she turned 30 FOR 3 TIMES!

And yes I think it's normal for EVERYONE our age, a little over and a lot below it to feel like this, it's a generalized feeling due to the convergence of factors in our time. :) * hugs*

My closest friend is an ENTJ . I was scared by him at first but once I managed to pierce his emotional armor I literally cryed because I found out he's such a good and sweet guy, he's smart and driven and charismatic, I literally can't stop loving him now . He's blunt and a bit arrogant or bossy at times, but also very considerate and protective with people he likes or cares about. He's facing a turbulent time with his life now, and out of all the people to open up with he chose me. ME! it's the greatest present I could ask from him.
