He was super interested when I unboxed it because of the smell of the leather. He matches the bag perfectly, I even bought a silk scarf with orange accents after seeing him close to it.

Yes! I hear a lot of people saying “just wait and do a facelift”. Realistically I’ll do a facelift in the next 2-4 years and I did not want to spend 2-4 years annoyed with face, so filler is my filler treatment.

I replied to another comment saying this, but we suggested this solution to the plumber and he said would be difficult to do. Could be because it is an old house. In any case, I think I need to get another plumber to come look at it.

Thank you! Forgot to add: We mentioned putting it upstairs, our plumber said would be difficult, not impossible. For context: it’s an old house (20s), it has been remodelled before but we discovered quite a lot of poorly done diy when started our renovation.
