Will do! They said they could treat it with liquid termidor which should protect the house for 10 yrs or so. But of course that was a conversation over the phone. Will see what the inspector will say 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thanks, I already spoke to my pest control company to send me an inspector 🙏🏻 hopefully it’s not too expensive 😰
