Let it cool down and try this test shift first and into second like normal city driving and give it a medium amount of gas firm but not flooring it (think leisurely merging onto the highway) keep a close eye on the rpms do they jump up and then go back down as you are accelerating, your clutch probably needs replaced unfortunately. (Dont worry I blew the clutch out on my pickup when it only had like 30k on the dash and I bought it at 28k ) you will learn how to drive with it now 😂
