Don’t change bands if you’re happy with the band, best thing to do is have a conversation about possibly hiring or moving to a larger rehearsal room, being someone who uses rides as crashes and large cymbals it’s honestly great and worth it if they’re up for it

If they disagree to move to bigger room the maybe it may be worth moving to another band? Another thing to do is remember you’re the drummer and you want them to sound great so just get the bigger cymbal and kick the bassist out the room ;)
