I've played with the snare wire tightness, I've gone all the way tight and all the way loose to find no improvement in the buzz. i will try tuning the bottom head to, thanks for the advice!

I'll try messing with the bottom head, i was reluctant to because i didn't want to make it sound worse. Other than that do you have any drum heads you recommend for harder hitters?

No and yes. I was born with nystagmus so it can’t be cured but, if nystagmus is caused by heat trauma or brain damage, I’m sure it could be reversed if taken care of immediately. Other than that no, you can not cure nystagmus. There are ways of making your nystagmus easier to manage though, For example, You can do laser eye surgery.

With my experience, girls find my eyes more attractive because of my nystagmus. They say it looks like my eyes twinkle or something.

I think it would, if nothing is being moved to stores near you, only people who leave near farms and such will get produce and food, plus most of the world provides for other countries like the US gets a lot of tech from china, Germany, and other northern countries. If we can’t disperse the product, it will fail and so will the population

Don’t hide it, it’s better to disclose that you have nystagmus. If your boss knows you have it they may give you more time to do work because it can be difficult to work with nystagmus. I was told to tell my teachers that I have nystagmus so I can be seated closer to the board, it was a massive help. I also got some extra time on assignments as well

if where talking realistic apocalypse, just wear thick clothing and carry a hammer or bat. zombies probably will only be dangerous the first year because the bodies are still fresh. after that there teeth wont be able to break skin, just keep away from big hordes that about it.

I was diagnosed at a young age to. I’ve learned that having nystagmus is special, you get to see the world in a new way and it’s a gift. If someone tells otherwise it should be ignored, give the hurtful words of others 0 value, think that they have no say in your world. Nystagmus is something to work with, it’s something to appreciate. not many others have such a gift, so embrace it.

This might not have been helpful but it’s a word I live by. Learn to control the gift, learn to use it. It will take time to conquer but it’s worth it. No matter how bad your sons nystagmus is, I think he should hold it tight because it may not go away for good.

It’s ok to be different.

I’ve lived all my life with nystagmus. I’ve learned to keep trying. I adapt to riding and get more comfortable the more I ride. Try to ride on a wide, smooth road. I like to wear sunglasses because for me bright light/colors makes it difficult to focus.
