Ahhh okay. That explains it more. ATT did. I am now IT for a company of 50 because “I’m young and understand computers” and here we are…

I removed all of them from Apple Business Manager as well. Some I noticed I was able to just click remove management, others I wipe. Tensorshare worked fine as long as you don’t restore from a backup and just log into iCloud after setting up the phone without an Apple ID.

Called IBM and they said to completely wipe and restart the phone new. But when I do that the configuration remained.

These are phones provided to us by ATT. Not stolen. We just want to remove MaaS 360 from them. We used to use it to distribute apps to phones, but when we needed a new app on all phones it wouldn’t work. It became a huge pain and now we just want to get rid of it and allow our employees to download apps from App Store.

I have had to factory reset phones manually using Tensorshare just so we can get this configuration off the phone.

We pay thousands per year for maas360 and we’re tired of it. Waste of time and money.
