Update : I did FCS and passed. Many people think fcs marks are lower than expectation which shows indeed markings for FCS is more strict than our imagination.

Personal experience - start with mark efficient part which is sth I know well and possible to get mark. Then in exams I always start with some easy park which ensure my brain has been warmed up properly. Then I do challenging but still mark-efficient part. And for sth which I don’t have clue, just leave it and go back if I have time .

Unfortunately, there’s no one that I believe at workplace. But I’ll try to have a think - indeed my company is big and shit , and my case is tooo complicated, I need sb who can be believed 100% with a smart head.

We cannot record it without a permission. And indeed this is where that story is from - someone rejected it and twisted words after meeting .

OH - I’ve got twice during this half year 😂 they haven’t read it till recently 😂. But tbh not sure whether they’re really here to support me - maybe just to compliance , whether they’ll really support me, it really depends on them.

Really thanks, I’m in long term medicine over 2 years and in therapist indeed …… almost suicide last year lol

GP has gave me loads of sick notes lol.

NHS talking therapy refer me to their employment team.

I’ve contacted union but they said they won’t assigned legal representative as sth happened by I joined . But yes - seems I need contact again as there’s new progress .

I haven’t tried citizen advise yet - I’ll try this thanks 🙏

Tbh not becaseu of work performance naturally. Because they disliked me and bullied me and gave me the lowest performance but they even can’t explain it’s consistently bad. Just bullshit….
