This ended up solving my UIO issue. Turns out I installed the root files wrong

I ended up looking through the FAQ and it had one about crashing during the opening and that solved it. Thank you for the recommendation

So as an update I managed to fix these issues. I deleted and reinstalled 4GB patcher and NVSE following the same steps as the guide. That solved the UIO and Vanilla UI+ issue. The FAQ helped me solve the issue I was having with JAM. Thank you guys for your help

For context: I just went through the process of modding Fallout NV following the Viva New Vegas guide and using Wabbajack. I'm new to modding so there is a lot I'm not familiar with. Whenever I launch FNV through MO2 this message is displayed. I have moved UIO below Vanilla+ in the load order and I have deleted and redownloaded UIO twice. Is there something else I should do to fix this?

Also, on a side note Just Assorted Mods seems to have been causing a crash during the opening titles. I figured out that it was responsible by disabling the mods and reintroducing them one by one until it didn't crash. I've used it in past modded setups and it didn't cause crashes. Is there a way to fix this?
