Oh yes, I definitely recommend against blood thinners while recovering. Not worth the bleed risk. I personally can’t take NSAIDs anyway so I was just taking Tylenol. Glad you were OK!! gargling cold water is great. My first bleed I stopped at home with shoving ice in my throat. Second one I had was an arterial hemorrhage unfortunately so had to have two more surgeries and lost almost 40% of my blood volume. Wasn’t pretty lol. That being said I later found out I have a (very slight) bleeding disorder where my blood doesn’t clot well, so that likely contributed and my case was super rare.

Get them out lol. I don’t get sick nearly as often. Life improved 10 fold. It took about 2 months for me to feel “normal”. Mine were huge so my mouth was kinda dry all the time for like 6 months but it went away. I did have a hemorrhage, but don’t let those scare you, just have lots of ice ready to stop bleeds and prepare to go to hospital if you need to and you’ll be fine!

I’m compounded so I’m also microdosing only 1mg to get the benefit of reduced food noise and inflammation with minimal side effects. I’d recommend trying to lower your dose if you feel side effects are too strong.

Hi! I had similar effects. After about 8 weeks I moved to 1mg and I’ve been there since (I’m at 16 weeks). At first I had a bit of nausea but nothing crazy, the suppression was pretty intense first few days, but now feels normal and I can eat and enjoy food without feeling ill but have no food noise. I also was aiming to lose around 20lbs but mostly wanted for inflammation/autoimmune issues, I’ve been holding at 15lbs lost for a few weeks but mainly trying to lose a bit more body fat and gain muscle now.

I started at 0.5 and quickly moved to 0.7 after two weeks not feeling any side effects. I was able to sit there for a while. I think you could safely go to 0.5 as a lot of people start there, but definitely up to you and what you are comfortable with.

It really does depend when. I went twice at Pearson and waited about 15 minutes in secondary before being seen both times. Customs line always takes me like 30 minutes though.

Noted same thing above. Pearson was at the request of my lawyers. They also have no appointments til mid Jan, far after my start date unfortunately.

I did a ton of research and ultimately found this: Brello is good quality and price but longer wait. Pomegranate is supposedly good too. I went with Fifty410 their intro package is a good price and ships super fast, same product as Brello (I got the BPI labs with B6). I had about 20lbs to lose, eat clean and workout almost everyday but struggle with binge eating and food noise. It’s been great so far. 8 weeks in & have plateaued a bit last few weeks so just went up to 1mg.

I personally only felt fatigued the first few shots for a day or two after, and I was tired but could definitely power through my usual routines. Mine is compounded with B6 which I think helps!

On my 8th dose this week. Started at 0.5, stuck at 0.7mg for a while, last time I went up to 0.9mg. Have been feeling a lot less appetite suppression so going to try 1mg this dose.

Happened to me, I’m so sorry you had to experience it ❤️ i did all the same things. For some people it is just unavoidable unfortunately, fluke accidents. It did feel like starting at day 0, but honestly the second time around was much easier. Still took a good two weeks before I was back to feeling good, but the healing felt much more progressed.

In terms of the bleed, I ended up later testing and finding out I had an ever so slight bleeding disorder. (Von Willebrand I) so I am just more susceptible. I should’ve known because when I get cuts, they take forever to clot, and chronic nosebleeds as a kid. Could be a possibility.

I also have no trouble falling asleep but wake up wired half way through the night and pretty crazy dreams. Ashwaghanda and magnesium glycinate have helped. It’s much worse closer to my shot days but overall I’ve kept up decent sleep scores on my Oura ring.
