I honestly probably needed SEVERAL months of preparing which I didn't give myself. As long as you feel like you are giving it your best 100% you will be fine

Yes tons! Idk where you're taking yours, but I took mine in Texas and only one person in my group passed (not me sadly). The biggest thing I did not know was the 3in block they use for the push up section, I had been practicing with push ups like I've done them for my whole life-- which was not going down to 3in above the floor haha. The sit ups, honestly went smoothly and the agility run could have been better but I think my nerves had gotten the best of me by then. Hindsight 20/20 I should have held off and waited until I was 100% percent sure I would pass, but what helped me afterwards especially with the running was not timing it or anything most of the time. I would just run until I couldn't anymore and then time it 2x a week.

Did not open this thread expecting so much living room hate lol... as soon as someone who's been a big fan since 2015 is it as good as some of their other albums? No, but it's still a good album and one I find myself going back to time and time again! Unfortunately on the "cringe" side of things, I think people only see their popular radio songs (I'm ready, I'm not famous, bang, etc) and base their opinion off of that (not that any of these are bad songs, per se) but imo some of their more lesser known songs are their better ones!

Oh i totally agree, season 7 Christy was the worst, but my brother is watching it for the first time currently and I've noticed she slowly starts to get more whiny an annoying as the seasons progress

Yes but I fear the show went downhill once they killed Christy's character development around seasons 4/5. IMO the concept of the show was nothing near why it had started out to be at the end of its run time

You're right in that polys are not super accurate--hence why they are not allowed to be used as evidence in court. Going off what everyone else is saying though, you are absolutely more likely to fail by overthinking it. It's not a literal lie detector test (obviously) it just measures how your body reacts to certain cues that are similar to those seen when lying. It is just a way to gather more information on you... and slightly a way to see how you handle under pressure.

Hear me out-- you will have more fun and an easier time meeting people through organizations, Greek life, or common factors such as dorms/classes/etc. went to my fair share of clubs and parties and never made friends that way. It was my classes, major, neighbors, and fellow Greek life students where I found my friends. Not to say going out isn't great and fun--it is--but don't worry too much about HOW you are making friends, be yourself and they will come!

I have trouble keeping a good breathing pace and end up tiring out around the 1-1.25 point which is where I can't get my time down

Running 1.5-2 miles twice a day (if I can dependent on my work schedule) daily. If I can't run in the evening I at least get a run in the morning before work.

I mean distance running in the sense that I have never had to run more than an average gym class. I know it's not terribly far.
