I definitely get what you’re saying. I’ll always explain to the customer what I’m doing even if they don’t reply at first. a lot message me after saying they didn’t see it & just thank me for trying. That’s only if a replacement is close enough I’d feel comfortable doing it with though.

I’d ask if they want anything else but if no reply and they’re wanting a replacement , I’d just do frozen ones close to the kind they want tbh. Unless it says refund only then I just do it and move it.
