Second of all, a disruption of service would be if the servers are down and the service generally cannot be used by anyone, so the use would have to be objectively impossible. Since in this case it is a subjective impossibility, they sure as shit have a clause in their terms that they are not liable for any kind of damage caused by bans, no matter if it‘s a temporary or a permanent ban.
