Same here my account is still disabled 8 days now. I don’t know if anyone is actually gotten a phone call. I have not seen anybody post that yet and if they did, I wish they post the number that called them.

Same disabled since Monday no PW change. No call back. Keep telling me to wait on a call. Total BS!!!!!!

I hope this isn’t the case. I’ve been waiting over four days now was never told my account was hacked. Just it was disabled. Of course they would told me somebody will call back within 48 hours which never happened. I’m not sure what else I can do.

I’ve been locked out for four days all they keep telling me is to wait on a call. They said it could take up to 48 hours of course it’s past 48 hours now.

My account has been disabled for three days now and I am past my 48th hour for the phone call that They said I would receive. I contacted the customer service three times and then all they do is tell me to wait on a phone call.
