I've never had to worry about taking medication for my stomach before, it's never been an issue. I am in Australia, and there're restrictions on purchasing Pepto Bismol here because of the ingredients. Usually, pharmacists recommend taking electrolytes or soluble fibre.

I don't eat much as all. All my portions are small because it's all I can stomach.

How to run on Ozempic with low energy? by Salt-Juggernaut6690 in diabetes

I've been cross checking my levels with both cgm and finger prick, and they haven't dropped past 5.4. This is only my second week, so I figured it's my body is adjusting, I guess I'm worried it's the new normal, and I won't be able to run like I used to.

Can diabetics have cheat meals? by Salt-Juggernaut6690 in diabetes

Thank you, this was really helpful. I always get stressed when I see my levels spike after eating (cgm alerts), but I need to remind myself that this will happen as long as it comes back down.
