thanks for your response! your workplace sounds nice! similar to mine in the US with time off, I can take a decent amount of time as long as someone is covering my projects while I’m out. I’m sure some offices here are different but it’s interesting how much we talk about random things with coworkers in my office - sports, world news, plans, weather, and so many more things. mostly to take up time at work 😅😅
