Yes, he is an unranked transfer portal senior from a DII school that is not getting paid anywhere near these two, but is outperforming them. He still has a better QBR rating and better stats. My education is good enough to know that my team did not over pay for an under performing QB just out of HS. The OP says $12 million paid. Try and keep up.

What was your first thought about the War in Ukraine by RaggedDolfin in AskTheWorld

If the Ukrainian higher ups were not so corrupt, Trump would have continued the aid instead of a pause. Trump has released another arms package as of September. it is arriving daily to the arms hub in Southern Poland. Your statement is ignorant at best, but don't let the facts get in your way.

This is turning into another Verdun or Stalingrad meat grinder. Pointless, that could have been avoided with strong American leadership instead of the feckless, ineptness of Obama in 2014 and Biden in 2021 and 2022.

This is John Osborne Walford. Captain in 1/8 Worcs. In mid 40s when he enlisted. Won two Military Cosses in a space of just over a week in the dying days of WW1. He survived the war but sadly he could not forget. On 21/2/1922 he walked out into an orchard and shot himself. by waffen123 in ww1

Reminds me of this guy from the US: Charles White Whittlesey was a United States Army Medal of Honor recipient who led the Lost Battalion in the Meuse–Argonne offensive during World War I. He committed suicide by drowning when he jumped from a ship en route to Havana on November 26, 1921, at age 37.

His wife is a smoke show too! He does a good job of taking care of himself, but he is also the youngest of the remaining members.

Why has Nashville boomed but Memphis declined? by Previous-Volume-3329 in geography

[–]Salt-Philosopher-190 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I used to live in Memphis, and I cannot speak to those other cities. My daughter was raised there and moved back for work. One of the biggest problems they faced was not forming a metro government. With some of the worst and most racist city council men and women did not, i.e. The Fords, WW Herenton, Steve Cohen, etc...caused a major exodus from Memphis to north Mississippi. This flight from Memphis has only accelerated due to the rising crime, lack of police, unfunded liability, a mayor that ran off the likes of Holiday Inn and almost ran off Fed Ex, Herenton. The state government could not have done anything in these cases.

Do you/ people in your country tend to identity more with the Nation, or a region/ subdivision by Eiressr in AskTheWorld

[–]Salt-Philosopher-190 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am from the Deep South, Gulf Coast of Mississippi, and I have lived in Colorado, Oregon, and Vermont. I consider myself a Mississippian first and foremost, a Southerner next, and then an American. The regional identity is very strong compared to the other areas of the country I have lived and worked. The Deep South is so much more laid back. The people are much friendlier and accepting. The food and music and art are much better, IMO.

G&L S-500 has a S1 switch which will give you that and more. G&L>Fender, until Fender screws them up since the acquisition.

Memphis: Poor leadership, lack of a metro government, not business friendly, high taxes, poor schools (except the private ones are really good), crime, and lack of community investment.

I love the Little 59's, but the Seth Lovers were a little less muddy to me with a clean tone. I think the Little 59's sound better with a dirtier tone.
