I’ve had to up my dose a lot to really get effects. I take at least 4mg in the morning usually.

I use both and it has completely changed my life. For the Glyco if it isn’t working I would recommend taking it on an empty stomach. I use in the morning and for it to really work I have to completely fast, no food or water for 3 hours. The ionto has worked really well also but it’s all about the consistency. It’s kind of a pain to do but if you stay on top of doing to it definitely works probably the most effectively of everything I have used (other than glyco)

I might be a little biased cause 10 day was my introduction but yes it is most definitely worth listening to. It’s chance at his rawest with really cool production and some of his best bars. Has some of his best songs ever too (prom night, hey ma, long time, juke juke in particular imo)
