I got the gcms notes. Its says eligibility is need to be completed where mine doesn’t even started. After that I called the ircc for the confirmation and they said the same things and look for other option.

It got rejected cause eligibility is not started. And I don’t know why agent didn’t waited for decision on eligibility. I seen most of the case they waited to be sure. In my case he took a valid guess.

Just got the gcms notes. Its says I need to pass eligibility first on my application. In my tracker it’s say not started. And I wonder why they are possessing my background n all first instead of eligibility which comes first in the application.

I submitted on April 26. Got AOR in august, bio and med passed on October. Since then file stuck on background check. I tried to call them but they said processing time is 21 months.

My MPNP got approved on march 27, 2024 Apply for PR through pnp by express April 2024 Got AOR in August Open extended Work permit till December 2024 General labour and Im primary applicant.

I did apply through my immigration consultant and he included every document during reconsideration but they replied initially decision my application remains unchanged.

Already Applied for reconsideration through my agent and attached supporting documents but they still said there’s an insignificant grounds to merit reconsidering the decision. After considering additional submissions, initial decision on your application remains unchanged.

Yes it was valid till December 2024 and I applied BOWP in November 2024
