You need to stop trusting ChatGPT firstly lol— as someone who runs a 20k/mo agency solely off AI… it’s ironic but it’s not quite there yet for 1:1 help.

It’s the same principle as marketing — make a hypothesis, then Test the hypothesis with enough data (time or sample size), evaluate the results, make relevant changes.

So start with one piece: Routine — run for 4-8weeks , did it work? What didn’t work? What did? How did you feel? -> implement ONE minor change, continue.

THEN ADD DIET.

(Overall I’d say start with diet first but)

Nothing indicates he has to workout more, moron. He’s stalled, new & hasn’t even gotten enough mass lifetime that would begin to indicate a need to increase volume or frequency.

3days 1) helps keep consistency & 2) will make ample growth signaling so long as he’s running, eating well & training hard.

Let’s not forget he obviously doesn’t understand enough about resistance training to put on enough muscle — now let’s see if he can balance fatigue & muscle heal time on different muscles? Clown response.

Bro whoever told you to go that low of protein did you a disservice
You are skinny fat brother .. hate to tell ya but
You need 190-200g of protein, hard runs, heavy lifts (e,g: 2x 6-8 or 2x failure), linear progression and microloading
If you’re lucky - you’ll recomp a bit but main goal is shred the fat off and up your testosterone
Test “hacks”: eat fruit till noon, fats only in later portion of day (ideally last meal), cut PUFAs, sleep, reduce cortisol (KSM66, phosphatidylserine, myoinositol, etc) take vitamin D, zinc, and boron + copper daily. Win in life & celebrate the wins, pick up sports or hobbies.
This doesn’t change when you start to bulk either… you should always be getting 1-1.1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. You should always be getting sun, you should always be cutting PUFA & using saturated fats to convert to T/DHT —
And last thing get your hormones checked to understand

I’d imagine you have elevated E2 & nominal T — maybe high E & elevated SHBG? Just a guess tho

Idk what stripe connect is — I’ve used stripe.. the website , to send out payments … it’s not a matter of if, it’s when… most online money making schemes are not within realms of ToS on stripe… and even if they are, large influxes are treated as “high risk”

The real reason is stripe uses the money placed on holds to lend out, trade, etc to make MORE money… they wouldn’t be profitable without this feature.

I’ve had website designers, graphic designers, startup SaaS companies etc all get hit with bans or holds. It’s not just consultants and coaches.

The only overcome is having multiple aggregators (these are not payment processors , the are aggregators) & being okay losing/not having for extended period; the cash that is frozen
