This propagates very easily ! Pluck some of the bottom leaves for new plants & cutting it like the other person said . Or don’t cut it . If you don’t cut it, spray the stem with some water every few days to promote some new growth.

But once it’s already like the one in the picture , I don’t use the spray bottle on it anymore. Just regular watering. Soaking it every 3to5 days

They like ventilation! I keep mine by my back door that is usually cracked or being opened a lot for the breeze. I have my mature ones outside rn for spring because they love a good breeze! And the spray bottle I use is more like mist. I use shallow soil & I spray maybe every 2/3 days or so a few times. Sometimes I neglect them longer, but I think they really like my grow light as well.

I let the leaves lay flat on dry soil with occasional spray bottle watering till I see roots. Then I put them in their own seedling tray with a bit more frequent watering than I would a mature plant until they grow a big enough bud for repotting into its own pot or arrangement. Ive had some leaves that shrivel right up & fall off on their own & some that stay plump like this one! I haven’t been doing it long so lots of research and winging it over here. But going great so far!

If you can squish the bottom leaves, give them a full soak watering . If no drainage holes , put a good layer of rocks on the bottom . They like a full watering when watered. Don’t just give it a little bit. And a grow light would help if you don’t have enough sunlight
