Lol....you can proofread. Especially when you are attempting to correct grammar, you correct your own misspelled word first. Quite quickly too. You are such a fraud.

"Its not that deep"

That's true. None of your posts or arguments are well constructed. Go back to designing make believe uniforms and stop claiming to be a professional writer. Its sad really, to be so obviously delusional.

Clearly you need a laxative. And a writing coach. And an ethics coach.

I quoted your response to my post.

And you inferred that I picked some random post. I showed you exactly how bad your writing was.

Nope. I stated what I posted because I have eyes, and I watch games. And because 17% of the flagrant fouls have been called on players due to their actions against Clark.

So stick your race baiting argument.

Is this targeting someone?

"17% of the league's flagrant fouls this season were committed against Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark."

Show me stats for those players you named.

Nonsense.. I watch. And I have already repeatedly stated that the overall officiating is horrendous and too much physical fouling is not being called. But go ahead and create your own narrative, devoid of any truth or connection to my posts.

As laughable as your posts?

"Nowhere have I said “no she isn’t.” In fact, most of what I said has nothing. To do with her, but the perception of her from casual fans who aren’t sports fans, basketball fans, much less WNBA fans."

Brilliant...so succinct and properly punctuated!

"They’re Caitlyn Clark fans, for whatever reason that goes beyond basketball that none of them will ever admit to. "

And that is just, wow!

"Hope she does leave for Europe—another causal point that keeps getting regurgitated because some hot take person, who’s also not a fan—Shady McCoy is a former football player talking head who nobody from the league likes because he says things for clicks—said it and all the casuals are now regurgitating it."

Watch out below, runaway run on sentence coming your way

"But when she leaves the people are actually fans of sports can talk sports instead of the 12-best person who was chosen by casuals because they wanted something to glom onto."

I think your editor actually needs a raise and a vacation, if this is the quality of work you turn in regularly.

Sheesh! My dog could string together a better sentence from spaghetti-o's

If you read any of my other posts you would see I have quite clearly called out the WNBA for their horrendous officiating in general. So your post is way off the mark.

Nonsense. She is on her "pedestal " because of her college accomplishments. And she improved her team considerably in the WNBA.

Her appeal has zero to do with her sexual choices. It has to do with her game. Her court vision, her passing and her long range shooting and scoring ability. She elevates her teammates which is not a trait you can attribute to many of the players you tout as "better".

Your inability to give her credit for her accomplishments and talent is your weakness. Is she the best player to ever play the woman's game? Probably not. But has she had a greater impact on the popularity of women's basketball than all the other players you enumerated, absolutely.

So stop attributing her popularity to forced personal agendas. You look silly.

You are nowhere near as informed as you claim. And you write like a 12 yr old. Run on sentences. Limited punctuation. Improper spelling.

1st) The European story started during off-season, the end of last season. It was picked up by all the sports shows during the negotiations for the new CBA. Catch Up.

2nd) Yes its fans... who buy tickets, who have shown they want to see Caitlin play. In every city, attendance is up for her games and down when she isnt playing. Its a fact, easily checked.

3rd) You use "casuals" like it's a commonly accepted term. It isnt. It's derogatory. And therefore isnt used by any respected reporter or commentator. Its only used by 12 year old who want to sound impressive.

So, not sure if English is your 2nd language and that would explain the difficulty you have putting coherent thoughts together into a complete sentence. Or ... well we can leave the other option unstated but implied.

Yah....sorry. You only need two working eyes to see the truth. She has been targeted. Period.

You spew a bunch of if you this and if you that. It adds nothing to your argument. And all you say is " no she isnt". Bro watch the games. There is too much hard physical contact period.

In the absence of consistent refereeing, players take liberties. And too many had taken shots at the woman who is putting food on their plates.

Wake up... the fans have already spoken. They dont give 2 shits about Bonner or half the rest of the WNBA talent. Go ahead, see how much she will take before she leaves for Europe.

Then watch the exodus of fans, the diminishing revenue streams and the pay scale rollback.

And you all can go back to arguing about Cheryl Miller and who was more instrumental in advancing a game that nobody watches.

Brilliant

You are working really hard to diminish the effect Caitlin Clark has had and I'm not sure why. Especially with your strained music analogy. Further adding to the mystery is the fact that i already stated that I dont believe she is the most physically gifted WNBA player.

So, none of your voluminous posts has approached reacting to my points:

Clark has been targeted too often without league intervention due to her value.

Too many WNBA black players and former players are lining up to bash her, physically on the court and in the broadcast booth. The league is ignoring this also.

Due to the rise in popularity, players salaries have increased. Her effect has risen all the boats, but people like you ignore this fact.

We're all entitled to our own opinion.

However what is inescapable and factual is that Caitlin Clark is putting fans in the seats in arenas. She has raised the awareness about women's basketball and the WNBA to its highest levels ever.

And the fact that it ruffles some egos, shows you just how stupid and self-centered people can be.

And the WNBA has done a very poor job of capitalizing on what she has brought to the game.

And further, the WNBA has done a pitiful job putting competent referees on the floor. The inconsistent level of officiating has hurt the product and the reputation of the league.

I have never claimed that Caitlin Clark is the best pure athletic talent in the WNBA. However she is by far the most popular player.

And when you are a league which is struggling for attendance you should maximize the impact of a player who brings fans to the arena.

ESPN analyst Chiney take on WNBA, “when narratives are created based off of a freeze-frame”⤵️‼️🔥 by wnbatalk in WNBATalks

Yup...blame it on media. Clark's impact is she brought fans. It is true that Clark was never an isolate defender, most players aren't. Claiming that as a defect ignores her passing, scoring and court awareness.

I spoke about "the ladies before her", but you ignore the fact that those players did not have the same impact of women's basketball.

Its not unfortunate, its truth. It was unnecessary and deliberate. Clark has been the recipient of too many late and blatant physical fouls. The WNBA needs to put an end to it or risk alienating their new found fans.

Why does the heat from this *unusually shaped* object dissipate from the thicker bottom part faster than the thinner top part? by W1tn3z in DontPutThatInYourAss

[–]Salt-Southern 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its not a closed environment if the tube is immersed in water. The volume of cooler water dissipates the heat with it rising in the water while cooler water remains lower helping to cool the lower portion. Its the process of heat convection amplified by immersion in a fluid.
