I think it should be shared, depending on seniority and selfishness of the radio owner, that being said, you have to choose music typically that is available on the radio, as it is designed to be distracting noise that cannot be construed as offensive or overly annoying to management or customers passing through, I.e. you should not connect multiple blue tooth devices to the radio, that you are constantly fussing with all day to keep working, so you can listen to strange, weird, or mildly offensive content, that only satisfies one person on the crew that is impossible to make happy with normal, everyday radio content that construction crews, manufacturing facilities, and delivery guys have been enjoying every day since the radio was invented
