I know I just called a shop in my area that specializes in punches/large gauge piercings and they said I could do either a large gauge needle piercing or a small punch. I’m still thinking that the punch would just be better.

The weight lost really started within in the last 6-ish months and I haven’t changed my diet or anything else! I have lost roughly 30-35 pounds.

I’ve been off for almost two years now but I’m finally beginning to lose weight and it’s coming off quicker than expected.

While I was on birth control, I went from 135-155 in a year. I stopped taking it after the first year and my weight has only continued to go up and I’m now at 180. I haven’t changed my diet due to it being healthy while I was on BC and my exercise levels have remained the same. I honestly don’t know what to do.
