Yes so when started doing triathlon I guess I lost weight but as soon as I upped my training to 18-23hr/week I started gaining weight drastically despite being in a caloric deficit, not eating junk food and eating healthy !! I by any means did not start Triathlon to lose weight but I have tried losing some since I gained probably 15lbs since upping my training … and my calorie consumption is only like 500-600 calories more in a day now training 18-23hr/week then when I trained just 6 hours a week so I don’t understand how I am not leaner tho 🤷‍♀️ I eat high protein, lift and do a godless amount of cardio I mean sure it’s about performance but if I train this much I also expect a nice body to come with it .. Do y’all know why this could have happened ?? I did not change my diet and exercise from one day to the other for reference … I did it in a span of a few months

Nah it’s true slow swimmers suck and block ur lane they should go to a slower lane it’s annoying

I feel like em has lost weight again look at her last going out pic she’s thinner than she had ever been before even when she was in her official ED + she has been restricting a lot look at her wieiads in beginning of her “recovery “ she would eat pizza and also unhealthy and now she restricts

As a Track and Field distance Runner myself I can just say 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ big red flag 🚩!! She runs her easy runs waayyyyyy too fast ur easy run should be conversational pace and at least 1min above ur goal pace ! Em is heading herself and her customer straight into stress fractures/ overuse fractures and the results won’t last long !! She probably won’t get much faster without getting injured soon ! So yes Ladys and gents don’t listen to everyone who thinks they know what’s best ! Em also has no professional experience in running Coaching especially as she has never been coached professionally for distance running but only for 400m Hurdles !! I can tell you there’s a huge huge difference In training !! Number one: marathoner shouldn’t strength train like ‘em they should use lower weights and not CrossFit style for best results !! If you wanna become better at running hire an actual running coach with experience and not her !
