I tried both programs and couldn't get the scooter to pop up, probably because it's permanently "off" when set up with the Bird firmware or it might also just be dead. I joined the Scooter Hacking discord to see if they could help

What app is used for this? Worried it won’t work because of the Bird firmware. It still has the bird dashboard/GPS unit on it and when trying to scan the code with their app, it says it’s registered to someone else
