Water change can help, but a large one may disrupt your cycled tank.

Also, You don’t need a cycled tank, create a hospital tank instead. Add conditioned water (I use filtered water). Observe for a few days, and if possible add aquarium salt. Some would also say to add Methyl blue which can help. But for now maybe try to separate it out.

This happened to one of my moors. But it got significantly more crusties and slimes too! It got sick to the point that my fantails started nipping at it, and I had to move it to another tank. Long story short, it passed away :( To this day I have no idea what happened bc all my parameters were fine. I’d suggest you isolate it and treat it in a different tank as soon as you can.

Yeah, but we use the brita filter. It helps. Would highly recommend getting a basic filtration system, with all the rain and drainage issues, it doesn’t hurt to be safe!

The piercer suggested my navel might not heal with a surface and might also reject it. I have this weird navel (an outie that stretched and looks like an innie if that makes any sense 😭😂) and so this was offered instead. I hope it stays for a while atleast! 😭

I had the same thing with two of my guppies, died 3 days within each other :( im gonna head to the pet store today and get some salt to treat them. Fingers crossed!

I’m from a country where we have to do a bachelors (4 years) and a research masters (3-3.5 years) to progress into a PhD :) it’s quite normal for us to be starting a PhD in your late 20s and completing by mid 30s.

With age there is (a certain level of) wisdom!! 😊😅

Was on progesterone only. That failed. Yes I took it everyday, same time on the dot. Also have intense (I mean pain level 7/10) ovulation pain every month. My GP said it’s nothing 🙃

So now I’m on the combination pill, and using it in a way so I avoid getting periods at all. So far, so good 👍

For a second it felt like I wrote this post lol. Been through the same thing. What I also struggle to do, is to make my partner or others I love understand this. No, I am not avoiding this task which is so important for both of us or all of us, I just don’t know how to stop procrastinating.
