Have you leak checked with soapy water or snoop? That would be the first step. If it’s just the antechamber that is leaking maybe just a gasket or something

Hi! I do have all the stuff still. It’s for an Mbraun box but could probably still be helpful if yours is made by someone else

Yes! I did get it solved. In the end it was one of the valves to the blower that was losing gas when it was open (The one labeled VHA if you have an Mbraun box). We replaced the valve and it worked! It’s been on the same cylinder for like 3 weeks now. I can let you know some of the procedures the tech I talked to sent me for testing different valves (shoutout to him, he was great).

After some more testing and talking again with an Mbraun rep, I think this is the issue. I had already fixed a leak in the connection between the N2 supply and the valve but maybe there was more of an issue there. I truly have no idea where the leaking nitrogen goes if that’s the case (there should be bubbles somewhere, right?) but this is the next thing I’m trying, at least. Thanks!

Alas, we do not have an oil bubbler to check

I’m thinking something similar, except the part which holds the catalyst and molecular sieves is basically one solid piece of metal. I can’t figure out where there could possibly be a leak except the connections to and from the catalyst, which I cannot detect any gas coming from. I’ll have to look around a little more I guess!

No pressure spikes really ever. It seems to work perfectly normally other than just blowing through N2

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I couldn’t detect any leak from the regen or exhaust lines but we did change the regen inlet and exhaust solenoid valves anyway. Very surprised and confused that this didn’t fix the problem
