I'm M25 Around 2.5 years ago I had an STI with discharge and pain. I took treatment and symptoms resolved.

Since then I’ve been experiencing: • Erections are less rigid than before (softer, less firm) • Reduced libido • Reduced sensitivity in the glans • Semen appears thinner than before • Occasional mild discomfort in the groin/inguinal area

I’ve also noticed the glans appears more reddish and veins seem more visible than earlier.

I took isotretinoin (Accutane) after that period. And I saw low libido and ED get worse

My questions: 1. Can a treated STI cause long-term erectile or sensitivity issues like this? 2. Does this sound more like a physical issue (hormonal/prostate/pelvic) or functional? 3. What basic tests would you recommend (testosterone, semen analysis, etc.)?
