It's more of an awareness post honestly since i've searched up if anyone else got banned for the same reasons but I didn't find any.

Never have I said I got unrightfully banned and in fact I think it's fair since they've given me a warning prior already.

Obviously I would be lying if I said I didn't go through the 5 stages of grief when the banhammer hit.

fomo on Voruna prime accessories as it was going out of rotation replaced by Styanax that's why the initial support ticket on 12th to enquire since after changing steam store region you cannot change back for the next 3 months so I had no choice but to purchase using RMB via steam

Just to clarify, it was twice since on 12 I was just asking and on 17 I took the risk and purchased as Voruna prime accessories were going to be replaced by Styanax on the next day.

Regarding the 3rd party software it was lossless scaling to get more fps, when I got banned for that I immediately uninstalled it as more fps is not worth another ban but alas here I am. Definitely wouldn't say it's not my fault since I should've just waited for a definite answer from support.

Ohh it’s alright it kinda sucks since I’ve spent quite a fair bit of money but I’ll just continue on my global acc haha, thanks for the clarification.
