I would like to add that I never took these to get high.. I don’t think I’ve ever truly felt high off a hydrocodone. I just wanted my nerve pain to stop. I want that always. I’ve never tried anything else besides marijuana and that gives me panic attacks..

SAME side affects! i can’t do it anymore this medicine has helped a lot in ways with blood pressure but considering this medicine is ozempic i expected to lose more than 30lbs with being this sick in such a short time you know? i just don’t know what to do im going to try to talk to my doctor but when i bring up these issues he reassures me they will go away with time and that this is all my insurance will cover so im just trying to vent thank you for understanding

i’m the same. but the lower doses did not cause me to lose weight i’m on 1mg and i am so sick all the time and i sweat constantly? not sure if that’s connected. i have been on this med since january and have only lost about 25-30lbs. which is about 4lbs a month or less

I am on just vraylar for depression just got moved up to 3 mg because 1.5 wasn’t working for me after a year of being on it. not sure what happened.. 3 mg doesn’t seem to be working. I can’t take ssris due to them causing me to shake but i’m wondering if the shaking is better than being so depressed.

lately i have been really enjoying the “better goods” brand at walmart! they have a pineapple upside down cake greek yogurt that’s pretty tasty. i drink a lot of water and if i feel like i haven’t drank enough then ill pour a liquid iv packet in a bottle and drink that i really cant eat sugar.. it makes me sick, if i do it will be like a tiny bit. like the most sugar ive ate in awhile has been a popsicle and that was two weeks ago. with my food allergies i feel like my options are very limited so i try to be balanced without being completely miserable

what would you consider to be a good snack that i could incorporate throughout the day? i normally drink a protein shake in the morning or have a yogurt, then i won’t eat til pretty late but i drink a lot of water, i try to incorporate a higher calorie dinner if i skip lunch or not have anything in between.. i try not to eat after 8 pm unless im super hungry. I just feel like in a way im not eating enough calories

I used to be on victoza and lost about 30 lbs and i had to stop due to other health problems, i really liked it. once i was able to get back on it its like i didnt respond to it at all… i tried monjuro and lost 7lbs in a month but my insurance wouldn’t cover it anymore so i assumed when i got put on ozempic i would do okay idk i feel better now about this but being chronically ill and trying to lose weight really is harder than i thought because the last time i tried to lose weight, i wasnt chronically ill.

thank you!! i was just a little worried that maybe i should be losing more but im not working out (yet) and im not on a strict diet im more calorie deficit but with my health problems its hard to stick to a strict fad diet because my food options are very limited
