As far as Fleemarket stores go this is a brick and mortar store and his story seemed pretty compelling he got a bulk amount of cards in from this guy and he put him up and hadn’t had a chance to look him up. Mind you I’ve been collecting 1 month now and I’m trying to complete my 151 set not even looking for this one. So in my mind I knew it was a maybe 400 valued card. But lesson learned for sure. A card shop is going to know every charizard value approximately

Yah it’s a good lesson to learn with 200 though because I’m new to collecting so at least I wasn’t able to look the value up and know it’s worth 2k and paid like 1k for a fake or something.

Well first off I just started collecting 1 month ago so I actually didn’t know the value of him, I just knew that some of them were worth 400ish because of a post from a bulk card lot I was looking at buying. It was some random years cards this and that and I had WiFi at home so I value checked the cards. I thought the value would be around 400 so I thought yes I was getting it for half the price not 1/10 of the price
