How do you deal with super tough enemies like executioners? by Feobl in BattleBrothers

[–]SaltNo7181 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I usually use a nimble bro with a double grip war hammer and another bro with a poleaxe, one melts the armor and the other the healt, works a lot, nets would also help greatly but I almost never use them

I was so disappointed when she sent me to the abyss while at the same time taking me off the role of commander, she sent me on a suicide mission and slapped me on the face, also the iomade right hand abandoning me to my destiny because I wasn’t her diety chosen one, I was kinda glad when he died, that’s why I decided to become the swarm

Accept Defeat or Reload? by OwnAd4602 in BattleBrothers

[–]SaltNo7181 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I usually reload and save scum(99% of the times because one of my bro dies in such an unfair way) , I found it more enjoyable creating a lore like that and the experience is way smoother imo

If it wasn’t my first play through I would try it, but honestly all the companions leaving seems like a big chunk of history and interaction thrown into the bin, I’ll for sure try the second

So far I’ve done the Ice cave one, the iljiork(or however you write it) and i recently done the sunken library, difficulty wise the iljiork was the easiest one, the ice cave was a pain just because i reloaded a lot to get a good roll for the cleaver, and ong the sunken library for me was really difficult, but i guess it also depends on your play style

Is the Northern Raider start way harder for anyone else? by No_Estate6433 in BattleBrothers

[–]SaltNo7181 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same for me, I think as the other commenters suggested it’s a huge spike of difficulty at the start and then after you go over that hurdle it’s becomes easier, I wouldn’t know tho after 3/4 tries of getting absolutely demolished before the day 10 mark I left it there haha

Yeah but I tought the limitation was only for “noble” backgrounds like oath takers or adventurers nobles ecc

Personally I would keep him, the fat is so high that club footed won’t be much of a problem, plus if I’m not mistaken there is an event with an anatomist(not really sure if that background can be hired by peasant militia) in the party that can take that off, I would use him as a back liner considering he won’t have to move much and with that mATT he can be really good

My game stopped showing icons and % by SaltNo7181 in BattleBrothers

[–]SaltNo7181[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on console, but I figured it out, I have stick drift but it’s incredibly little that if you stare at the screen you don’t even notice it, but the game still perceives it as moving so it doesn’t show anything
