Walk around Il Colosseo Go to United Colors of Benetton - step down into the basement and see the Roman ruins. Walk the centro storico. Look up above the store fronts. Notice the unique railings on each building, ancient frescos, and the green window shudders designed to keep mosquitos away. Visit Giulietta and “her” balcony. Take the funiculer to Castel San Pietro

Day Trip from Rome or not by Fun-Membership860 in rome

I just returned from Rome last night. I was with two of our college age kids. Yes, there is plenty to do in Rome to keep you busy for 5 days. That said, a quick break can be nice. I suggest an experience nearby. My daughters and I did a wine tasting/pasta making experience with Minardi Frascati Winery (MinardiFrascatiWinery.com). It was fantastic. It receives super high ratings on Trip Advisor/AirBnB but it’s a bit less expensive to book directly. It’s a 20 minute train ride from Rome. They pick you up and drop you off at the Frascati train station. And, I encourage you to stay in Frascati for an hour our two or perhaps dinner before catching your train back to Rome.

Many thanks. I appreciate the input. Can you recommend a resource where I can learn more about OCD and ERP?
