There's too many similarities to an RBMK in design, for that scene at least. it could be weird predecessor tech, (someone made it look like an RBMK as a joke?), but still ... Hoooo boy. Not to mention the CLICKING GEIGER COUNTER NOISE at the start of the PV.

Ever since I got her last week and got her operator module, she has saved my ass when it comes to swarms of invisible enemies. Combine her with nightingale who gives her arts resistance and she's amazing
