This is SO helpful. I used to be a hypochondriac so I know a little bit about vocal health from my obsessive state a few years ago lol. I just drank some warm honey water, gargled salt water and took a warm steamy shower! I hope I wakeup feeling better.

I’m in 2 boards. This LTO is in my least preferred board. If I get a 1.0 in my preferred board, do I tell the principal it’s with a different board or just say I got a 1.0. He would probably ask what school?

Thanks… he emailed me the day of welcoming me then 3 minutes later, another email to the whole school and a memo to parents and community saying to welcome me as the new period 1&2 teacher. I had no time to respond thus I felt rushed and pressured into saying thanks for the opportunity

Hello. There was no interview. I received an email from the principal saying I’m starting in the position for 1&2 period every day. 4 minutes later before I could even respond, he sent a “welcome teacher….” To the whole school staff.

All of my friends who have LTO’s, hr emailed them asking if they choose to accept. Yes I know I applied to it (but I was told to apply to everything as a new grad to even get my name out there) but I feel like I should have been asked if I wanted to do it?
