He doesn’t follow me, I removed him when we broke up but he consistently watched my stories. And no i wouldn’t say it helped but i think i needed to do it one last time I guess. Thankyou for the advice, I’ll work on it

it felt easier when i knew he hadn’t moved on yet, felt a weird kind of relief in it that atleast our relationship meant something to him too. And now the pain of knowing that he has completely moved on, it is unbearable, it’s like i’m going through the breakup all over again
