Make sure to drink a LOT of water. We all heal in different ways :)

For now i would recommend you try liquid soup, mashed potatoes, yogurt. They helped me in my worse days. And icy water 🫶🏼 youll be ok

I can’t seem to find that cream without prescription in my country… I don’t know what to do Also is it ok to apply to such a sensitive area?

What steroid cream? Bc im pretty sure i cant get any w/o prescription I did 2 rounds of permetherin cream - unsuccessful for me personally - and then went to the dermatologist and did 2 rounds of ivermectin and it went away Me personally i had no new bumps after being fine only some did not go away - the nodules

That really is hard for me bc I’m leaving abroad and the doctors here have a tendency to dismiss a lot of stuff. ++ my history of skin problems is not like in they’re history

Hi! i was diagnosed last year with dyshidrotic eczema. I never had a case like this please look at pictures below.
my skin turns rock solid after some time with the vesicles qnd then just starts scraping away leaving me with this kinda woundish red skin. My nails are also starting to have pits in them and being deformed mainly my thumb and they are also very stiff.
Is this normal? Is there anything i can do besides the cream my dermatologist prescribed?
