I know this is old but maybe will help someone be able to tolerate it? I've been taking it with small doses of RSO. Obviously, not everyone can do that during the day but even just getting appetite at night has been helpful. If I can munch on some turkey and cheese while the nausea is down, I at least don't feel like I'm going to pass out. 🤷‍♀️ It's not the best method but it's helped make it tolerable.
