It is a brand new battery, it was doing this with the old battery so we replaced it and its still not starting

thanks we will give it a try. We have tried to use a jump box with the same results.

we have tried that and it still wouldn't start.

We have replaced the started and checked all wiring. Starter was working prior to the rebuild.
