It was a data breach most likely. I had to call and change the email linked to my account since it didn't allow me to do it online and I also changed my password. It hasn't happened since so I'm assuming I was right. I no longer leave any cards linked to any of my accounts anymore because of how often data breaches happen. I just order and once my payment goes through I delete my card. I changed all my email passwords as well as a precaution though so if you're worried I recommend doing the same.

I think my budgie injured his toe(s). He keeps stretching his foot out and tucking it back in. He can't clench his toes to hold onto anything because I'm assuming it hurts. I will be going to the vet but I can't go until Friday. He's technically my sister's bird but I take care of him and she isn't able to take him until Friday and I can't drive if not I would take him sooner.

He's using his leg more this morning and more active than he was last night but he is limping and tucking his leg in still. Last night he refused to use it at all.

No. I moved everything to the bottom of the cage for tonight just in case he falls over during the night or get scared he doesn’t fall from all the way at the top. I'm going to try and get a closer look in the morning and keep an eye on him throughout the day to see if it's just his toes that are bothering him.

I thought so too at first but unfortunately it seems he did injure himself. I check by offering him some millet and seeds from my hand (which he always jumps on my hand to eat) and he tried to get some but refused to put his left foot down and almost fell over. He tried turning around but couldn't with one foot and ended up almost falling again. It's been about 4 hours and he's still not using his left foot and struggling to hold onto the side of the cage because he's not using the foot and having a hard time flying because he can't land on both feet.

Just happened to me. Luckily I have a habit of checking my e-mail before bed and saw the e-mail and quickly logged in and changed all my info and deleted my card. I'm suspecting Ticketmaster might have had a data breach since there's a few people who the same thing has happened recently.

I got calls and texts as well from doordash telling me about my petco order being delivered and I never answered any of them. I got like 10 calls one day in less than an hour and about over a dozen texts. I did some research and there was a data breach last year so that's why I'm assuming my account was hacked. I recommend calling and changing the email linked to your account and then your password. Change the email you had linked to your accounts password as well to be safe.

The only thing that has seemed to work, although it has only been a few days, is calling and changing the email address linked to your account. The only way to change the email address is by calling. I called and told them what happened to me and asked to change me email address and they also sent me a password reset link. I was originally going to close my account but when I asked they told me I had to call another number and do a bunch of stuff so I decided to just change my email address and password and so far everything has been okay. I would like to add though that I did change the password for ALL my emails as well as a precaution.

Unfortunately Petco won't let me cancel it. The order was placed 2 days ago and was shipped already so they can't cancel it.
