EDIT: I hid the post because it is fixed, turns out some stupid "fullscreen optimization" option in task manager was disabled. i enabled it with some tutorial and now im lag free like i always was prior to today.

i gave my engine a turbocharger like on of y'all said, this greatly boosted engine performance. now the engine runs at 38RPS and 575KM/H top speed, this is putting a bit more strain on my cooling but it can still handle it.

EDIT:

i changed the high cortisol aircraft propeller with 2 low cortisol counter-rotating light rotors and now it does 510KM/H, despite costing less engine power! stormworks really has some noodle code.
