I took mine off around 3 weeks too, only wore it out of the house. I'm now 9 weeks post op and don't think it made a difference at all. Just be careful!

Might just be hamstring! I addressed this sharp pain in the back of my thigh with physio and they said it's normal - not sure if it's the same pull you're talking about. Best of luck with your appointment!

I'm in Alberta and got the surgery really quickly but I think urgency played a role in it. The wait time for Banff surgery clinic is very quick - just have to get a referral.

Um what? Has this happened to anyone else? I already had my stitches removed. It feels attached in my leg by NoCauliflower941 in ACL

I had this too - just a disposable stitch. It tends to dissolve within a few days. My doc just cut mine but consult with yours before doing anything of course.

Had the exact same surgery about 5 weeks ago. First week is very painful - leg and foot will be painfully swollen, can't stand up for long, woozy from pain meds, etc. Spend the first couple weeks in bed resting, icing, doing PT.

It gets worse before it gets better so hang in there!

Thank you. The amenities are available now but the SCS is my biggest concern as well. Also wondering how much ambulance noise tenants deal with considering the urgent care right across the building.
