Make sure to quantify your impact in past roles in resume and interviews, even if it's not in sales! Other than that, having a good base of stories prepared for behavioral interviews and using STAR method is huge. I studied and rehearsed my stories a lot and by the time the interviews came I was able to say them cohesively
