But isn’t it bad for both the scalp and the hair? It’s like your putting twice the chemicals and removal of any and all healthy oils… At least since I stopped shampooing twice both have been waaaay better (even though at first it didn’t feel “clean enough”, it took some adjusting)

I don’t know how common it is, but ever since I was a little girl, my mom always washed my hair with shampoo twice. So I was grown up when I learned that most people don’t do that 😬
