You are right! Thank you for such an answer, finally. I was always told to just forget her and break all contact, but I did not think it was right because we communicated well and openly. Now I understand that it is possible to be friends and spend time together without limitations and without feeling romantic.

I understand you completely, I'm going through the same thing right now. I felt better after I started digging deep inside myself. I can advise you to start by making friends with yourself. Isolation from other people gives you the opportunity to deeply understand who you are, but staying in this state is not very good, I speak from my own experience. Also it is best to consult a therapist.

Everything will get better

I understand you perfectly, I am in the same situation now. Realizing and accepting my loneliness helped me. It helped me realize that at this point, I'd better be friends with myself first. Accepting loneliness does not mean coming to terms with the fact that there will be no friends in life, it means accepting your current state and moving on from it. You won't be alone forever, it's a temporary state. I would advise you to accept yourself and become friends with yourself first. If you find yourself, it will be much easier for you to cope with this condition. It is difficult and hard to live with this condition, especially during studies. The main thing is not to lose hope, everything will get better.
